What To Expect After Placing An Order
Upon placing your order you can expect the following below:
- Approval
- The Account Owner will need to approve you into their Circle prior to your line getting activated.
- It typically takes 24-48 hours for an Account Owner to approve you.
- Please be mindful of holidays which may further delay your approval from the Account Owner
- Once approved then we'll begin provisioning your line which can take 1-3 business days.
- Physical SIM
- If you opted to receive a physical SIM then you can expect to get an email with your tracking number within 1-3 business days (M-F) after approval.
- Shipment
- We ship via USPS Priority and in most cases your packages will arrive within 3 business days upon receiving your tracking number.
- eSIM Activation
- Upon approval from the Account Owner you can expect to receive a QR code within 1-3 business days. You'll get an email from us once your eSIM is activated.
- Orders that come in on weekends and/or holidays will be delayed until the following business days and may require Account Owners to approve the eSIM activation during the time of activation.
- Porting
- Once you're activated then you can port your number by going to MyProfile > Initiate Port
What can delay your order?
- Account Owner is requiring members to be verified for their Circle
- Account Owner is on holiday
- The information provided is not accurate such as IMEI, EID, etc
- Orders that come in after hours and/or on weekends will be delayed until the following business days. Our business days are Monday - Friday.
- We may experience a high volume of orders which may delay your activation. We'll continue to process orders on a first come first serve basis.
