Why is my bill higher this month?
- There can be many reasons that your bill increased including but not limited to the following:
- Discounts and/or Promotions were removed from the account. Please keep in mind that promotions and discounts are dependent on both the Account Owner and Carrier keeping them valid.
- A member left your circle which may have brought up the cost
- TIP: Share the link to your circle to ensure you're always getting the lowest rate!
- Rate Plan Changes
- Account owner updating billing cycle start date which will impact the next cycle with partial month charges
- Changing your plan. For instance going from Starter to Get More.
- Add-Ons
- Partial Month Charges
How does Circledin handle the bill?
It's important to note that we strictly go by the bill generated by the carriers on a line by line basis. We understand that there may be cases where discrepancies may occur from the carrier and will work with them to correct it on your behalf. Feel free to open a case and we'll be happy to assist you with your bill.
