Accessing Carrier Mobile Apps as a Circledin Member

As a Circledin member, you might wonder whether you have access to your carrier's mobile app to manage your account, check usage, and make payments. In this knowledge article, we will discuss how to access the mobile apps for Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

Verizon

As a Circledin member on a Verizon plan, you can download the My Verizon app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, register your number within the app. After successful registration, you will have access to details and usage information specific to your number.

T-Mobile

Circledin members with T-Mobile plans can also download the T-Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Like with the My Verizon app, simply register your number within the T-Mobile app, and you will gain access to details and usage information specific to your number. You'll also have access to T-Mobile Tuesday!

AT&T

Unfortunately, AT&T currently does not offer mobile app access for Circledin members. As a result, you will not be able to manage your account, view usage details, or make payments through the AT&T mobile app. Only Account Owners will be able to access the mobile app.
