Requests to Leave
When you decide to leave CircledIn and request to port out your number, please keep in mind the following important information:

Two-Week Notice: CircledIn requires at least two weeks' notice in advance to process your request to leave. This allows you to utilize your service cycle that you already paid for.

Billing Cycle Consideration: If your request to leave is submitted within two weeks of the end of your billing cycle, please note that you will still be responsible for the upcoming billing cycle.

Port Out Details: Once your bill generates and is paid, we will provide you with the necessary port out details to transfer your number to another carrier. This information will allow you to seamlessly transition your service while retaining your phone number.
Once your line is fully cancelled or ported out, your CircledIn subscription will automatically be cancelled. This means that you will no longer be billed for the CircledIn service once your line is not with the Circle anymore.
