Subscription Fee
Starting Q322 the price of our subscription will be changing from $5/month to $8/month. Additionally, there will be a 4% charge of your total cell phone bill which will typically be around $1-$2. This will help with payment processing fees, provide additional support for faster response times, reinvesting into product development, marketing, and operations to enhance the overall customer experience as we continue to grow & scale.
From Day 1 we made a commitment to our members to attain premium products and services at the price of group discounts. Oftentimes saving you over 50% from the original cost. We completely understand that a price increase is never ideal and work to avoid one whenever we can. Please know that as a result of this increase, we will be able to:
- Support additional services & product offerings that our members want on the platform. Ultimately, adding more savings and value to our members.
- Adding additional support members to provide faster response times.
- Concierge service to get your account and line provisioned with just a click of a button.
- Proactive Deal Monitoring to ensure you’re on the best plan for the lowest rate.
- And More!
Because the increase goes into effect on Q322, all subscriptions will be updated during your next subscription and billing cycle. If you're a new member we'll continue to honor the $5 for the first few months as we make updates to our systems. Account Owners will continue to post their accounts for free.
