As an Account Owner on CircledIn, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of your Circle's payments. It's important to understand our policy regarding member non-payment, as well as the steps taken to ensure the smooth functioning of your shared mobile plan.
Payment Guarantee and Suspension Policy:
At CircledIn, we guarantee payment to our Account Owners each month. If a member fails to make their payment on time, we take the following actions:

Payment Guarantee: As the Account Owner, you can rest assured that the monthly payout will be made promptly, even if a member fails to fulfill their payment obligation.

Suspension and Disconnection: In cases where a member does not make their payment within the required timeframe, we will suspend and cancel their line before the next cycle, as per the carrier's policies.

Member Removal: In addition to the suspension or disconnection of the non-paying member's line, we will also remove them from the Circle. This step allows the remaining members to continue benefiting from the shared mobile plan without disruptions caused by non-payment.
