I’m a member, but I have a discount that can benefit the Circle. Can I apply it?

All discounts and promotions are specific to the Account Owner and members cannot bring in a discount of their own. (For example: the Account Owner will have to be a first responder to receive the first responder discount. The plan will not be eligible from the first responder discount if they only have a member who is a first responder)
