Account Status
You can check on the status of your new line by signing into your CircledIn account and clicking My Profile. Under Joined Circles, it will list your current Status on the upper right side of the card.
- Pending Approval: Your line is pending the Circle Owner's approval. It typically takes 24-48 hours for an Account Owner to approve you.
- Approved: Your line has been approved by the Circle Owner and is being provisioned by CircledIn and the carrier reps (1-3 business days).
- Declined: Your line has been declined by the Circle Owner and CircledIn will follow up with next steps. We will typically switch you to another available Circle.
- Shipment: Your line has been provisioned on a physical SIM and shipped to you.
- ESIM Initiated: Your line has been provisioned on an eSIM and activation steps have been sent.
- Initiate Port: You confirmed you have service with the temporary number and are ready to port. We typically initiate number ports within 1-2 business days and it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to complete (depending on the carrier).
- Active - Your line is Active on both the Carrier and with CircledIn
