If you see incorrect charges on your bill, please reach out to our support team. We’ll review the issue and work with the carrier to request a credit if appropriate.
CircledIn uses your carrier’s bill as the official record of charges. We follow the charges provided by the carrier and cannot override them.
If the carrier approves a credit, it will be applied to your current or next bill.
Please note: You’re responsible for all charges tied to your phone number. This includes any fees, penalties, international usage, data overages, late fees, or other charges per your carrier’s terms and conditions.
