- The Account Owner has the ability to manage the devices and lines associated with the plan.
- They can add or remove lines, upgrade or change devices, and assign phone numbers to specific lines.

- The Account Owner can contact the carrier's customer service for assistance with plan-related inquiries, technical issues, or account-specific concerns.
- Talk and Text logs
- Generally, carriers provide access to call and text logs to the Primary Account Holder and Account Managers. However, the level of detail available in these logs can differ.

Call Logs: Account Owners typically have access to call logs, which include information such as the date, time, and duration of each call made or received on the plan.

Text Logs: Depending on the carrier and plan, Account Owners may have access to text logs that include the date, time, and phone numbers associated with sent and received text messages. However, the content of the messages themselves is not included in these logs.
