Yes you can! If you joined with a new number, we can still assist with porting your number over anytime.
You would need to confirm the following and then open a case with CircledIn:
- Your line is eligible to port over
- Your line is active
- Double-check your contract with your current provider for any contract obligations you may have
- Back up any important voicemails
Open a Case with CircledIn
- Sign into your CircledIn Account
- Click on My Profile
- Click on Open a Case
- Submit details of the port request with the Porting Phone Number and Current Carrier
- Once the case is opened and approved, please have the Account Number and Number Transfer PIN ready so that the number port request can be initiated
