What happens if I'm late on my payment?

How late payments are handled

If for any reason you are unable to make your payment date, it is best to let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request. Late payments without notice may result in suspension as well as additional fees. 

If you do not make a payment for the month, you will be notified that your line will be suspended. If we do not hear back from you after the suspension, we will proceed to disconnect your line and you will be removed from the Circle. 

Once your line has been suspended and disconnected due to a failed payment, you will be unable to join a Circle on our platform in the future.
