Can a member delete my line?
Account Members cannot delete any lines on the Account
- Members of the mobile account will not have permission to delete any lines on the Account or make any changes to other lines
- Only the Account Owners and Authorized Managers have access to cancel a line
- The Account has the ability to regain a cancelled line within 30-90 days of cancellation (depending on the Carrier)
- The Account Owner will be notified of any 'Requests to Leave' and will be updated throughout the offboarding process for cancellations and port outs
