Account Owners' 45 Day Notice Requirement
As an Account Owner on CircledIn, we want to ensure a smooth transition process should you decide to leave the platform. To facilitate this process effectively, we require Account Owners to provide CircledIn with a 45 day advance notice of their intention to leave. This notification period allows us to assist you with payouts, transferring ownership, and facilitating porting out to another carrier.
Here are the key points to consider regarding the account transition process:

Account Owner Responsibility: As the Account Owner, it is your responsibility to initiate the account transition process by notifying CircledIn of your intent to leave at least 45 days in advance. This allows us sufficient time to handle the necessary procedures and ensure a seamless transition.

Payout Assistance: Once you have notified CircledIn of your decision to leave, our team will work with you to facilitate the necessary payouts. Once all members are transitioned out, we will be processing the final payout.

Transfer of Ownership: If there are existing circle members interested in becoming the new Account Owner, we will assist with the transfer of ownership. Otherwise we will transfer the lines to other available Circles.

Porting Out to Another Carrier: If any circle members wish to port out to another carrier, we will provide support and guidance throughout the porting-out process.
We understand that account transitions can be a significant decision, and our aim is to support you during this process. By providing us with at least 45 days' notice, you allow us ample time to handle the necessary procedures and ensure a smooth transfer of ownership and member accounts.
