Port Outs
For members, to port your line out, we require notice of at least 2 weeks before the end of your current billing cycle. To initiate this port out:
- Sign into your CircledIn Account
- Click on My Profile
- Click on Subscription Manager tab
- Under your listed Circle, click on Request to Leave
- Follow the prompts and fill out the required information
- Message/Reasoning for leaving
- Port Choice: Yes
- Carrier and plan name
