Request for a SIM Replacement
To request a new SIM card on CircledIn, follow these steps:

Sign into your CircledIn Account

Click to MyProfile > Open a Case

Submit Request Details: Provide all the necessary information related to your request. Include the following details:
- Phone Number: Specify the phone number associated with the SIM card for which you need a replacement.
- Current Device Info - IMEI: Provide the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number of your current device. This information helps ensure compatibility and accuracy during the provisioning process.
- Justification and Approval: Provide in detail the justification for a new SIM Card

Keep in mind that standard shipping rates may apply for the delivery of the new SIM card. Be prepared to cover these charges as part of the process.
