Why is my hotspot slower?

Slow Hotspot

• A slow hotspot is usually due to weak signal:
  • Make sure the device is within 15 feet of the mobile hotspot
  • Change locations as the cell tower may be too far away
  • Too many devices are using the hotspot
• Confirm your Unlimited plan and make sure you haven't went over the hotspot data cap before deprioritization
• There's high data usage on the network at that time of day/location
