If your new line receives "No Service" after activation:
Please confirm the following:
- You are using the device you listed at sign up
- You are in a covered area
- Airplane mode is turned off
- There's no damage to the physical SIM
- Try power cycling your device
If this is all true, there may be an issue with the Activation and it is recommended to open a ticket.
If your existing line suddenly loses service:
- If your activated line suddenly loses service for an extended period of time, Contact Us immediately so that we look into this further and get you back up and running.
