Protect your profile by enabling a PIN

Lock your profile

Account Owners and Members can protect their profile by locking it with a unique PIN. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Open a web browser and sign into the Account
2. Access your Profile
3. Click the Profile drop down in the top right corner and click Account
4. Scroll down and select your Profile under "Profile & Parental Controls"
5. Click Change next to Profile Lock
6. Enter the Account Password
7. Create a PIN to lock the Profile

Account Owners are recommended to lock their Profile before onboarding Members
