If you can't login to Netflix, here are things to check:
- Confirm that you are entering the Account Credentials correctly with no typos
- The Netflix password is encrypted and different than the plaintext password displayed on My Profile
- Clear the web browser browsing data if you're on the computer
- Check to see that you can communicate to Netflix's servers
- You have an active internet/Wi-Fi connection
- Netflix service isn't experiencing an outage
