Missed Payments
At CircledIn, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to missed payments. However, it's important to address missed payments promptly to avoid service disruption. Here's how we handle missed payments:

Notification: If you completely miss a payment for the month, we will notify you three days in advance before suspending your services. This notification serves as a reminder to take immediate action and resolve any outstanding payment issues.

Suspension: If we do not receive any response or payment after the notification, we will proceed to suspend your services. This means that you will temporarily lose access to your mobile plan until the payment is resolved.

Disconnection: If we still do not hear back from you after the suspension period, we may proceed with disconnecting your line. In this case, your line will be permanently disconnected, and you will be unable to retrieve your number.
It's crucial to keep your payments up-to-date to maintain uninterrupted service and avoid any long-term consequences. Once your line has been suspended or disconnected due to missed payments, you will be unable to join a Circle on our platform in the future.
