Can I switch from physical SIM to eSIM?

To switch from a physical SIM to eSIM:

Open a Case with CircledIn

1. Sign into your CircledIn Account
2. Click on My Profile
3. Click on Open a Case
4. Submit details of your request along with:
   • Phone Number
   • New Device Info - IMEI2 and EID
   • Time availability to receive and verify this request through a One Time PIN (2-hour Window)
